What your day to day life will look like...
We are looking for a UXER who is passionate about design, isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and who wants to join the user experience team of CaixaBank Tech to create the best possible experience for branch managers and employees of CaixaBank.
- Design applications and functionalities for managers and employees within the context of the bank’s service channels.
- Work in collaboration with the front-end team, product managers and other stakeholders to define the best user experience solution.
- We have a live design system that all CaixaBank uxers collaborate on. You will be able to contribute to the weekly sessions that we hold (Design System Academy) and work alongside the team of DesignOPs.
- You will work in parallel with other customer service channel UX/UI specialists to design multi-channel products and applications.
- You will be part of a team of tech enthusiasts that will provide a means to pursue the business goals of the Branch Channel office. We are responsible for the Financial Terminal that serves all the branches and employees of the CaixaBank Group.
- You will participate in projects for multiple applications of the different business areas, with a focus on improving the user experience of employees.

- You will work in and help grow a newly-created UX/UI team that is 100% devoted to CaixaBank advisers and employees.
- You will be part of a community of more than 80 uxers where you will be able to share your projects, challenges and learnings from your day-to-day. We are design fanatics, and every Wednesday we get together to discuss concerns, new designs, the result of research that is conducted in the bank, etc.
- We have one of the best research teams (Insight Center), which was lauded in 2022 for its work to bring users closer to the product. You will be able to work with the Insight Center team to develop your research projects, with the most advanced technology and validation techniques on the market.
- Implement and promote projects with agile methodology, taking into account the user experience as a key aspect. Nothing is written in stone for us, so we would love to hear any suggestion you might have to improve how we do things.
- Take part in new projects for multiple customers in various fields. Aligning needs and looking for scalable and global solutions.
- Digital design and thinking about how to apply new trends in design, especially with a view to the bank of the future.
