What your day to day life will look like...
- You will lead the design, development and integration of the operational platform based on Appian, ensuring the correct interaction with APIs and internal systems.
- You will lead the workflow redesign process and the transformation of processes, guaranteeing that the business operation is adapted to technological best practices.
- You will direct and coordinate technical and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining fluid communication with the various departments involved.
- You will contribute to the project’s strategic planning, identifying technical risks and defining mitigation strategies.
- You will drive innovation and act as a reference in the use of Appian, especially in cloud environments (preferably with experience in AWS).
Requirements
- Technical Experience: Minimum of over five years of experience in Appian, with proven knowledge in cloud environments and, preferably, experience operating in AWS.
- Certification: Hold a recognised certification as Lead Developer in Appian.
- Large-scale Projects: Having participated in projects that involve creating and integrating complex platforms, including experience in redesigning processes and organising multiple internal integrations.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven skills in leading and coordinating work teams, managing stakeholders and making strategic decisions in dynamic environments.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, ability to work in a team and adaptability to a high demanding and continuously changing environment.
- Languages: Upper-intermediate level of English, suitable for international contexts.
Location: Possibility of joining in Madrid, Barcelona or Seville, according to availability and project requirements.
