What your day to day life will look like...
Oversee the development of innovative technical products and solutions.
Implementation of the Scrum methodology in software, mobile app and website development projects.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products with tight deadlines.
Focus on constant improvement and delivering value to the customer.
The responsibilities related to the position are to:
- Organise and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint revisions and retrospectives for the development team.
- Help to define the goals and scope of the project, and ensure the creation of a suitable product backlog.
- Eliminate obstacles and barriers that impede the team’s progress, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Offer support and guidance to the team in the implementation of best agile practices and ensure compliance with Scrum principles and values.
- Promote a culture of constant improvement, encourage self-organisation and responsibility in the team.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders and Product Owner to guarantee clear communication and the delivery of effective value.
