What your day to day life will look like...
You will work on financial sector projects, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing customised applications using the Microsoft PowerApps platform, optimising processes and enhancing user experience.
We are looking for someone passionate about low-code technologies with strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
- Design and develop applications using PowerApps (Canvas apps, focused on UX, and Model-Driven apps, focused on data).
- Integrate applications with various data sources, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other connectors.
- Implement and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
- Develop customised solutions using Power FX.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
- Ensure applications are responsive, accessible, and user-friendly across mobile and desktop devices.
- Manage permissions and security within applications by integrating with Azure Active Directory.
- Test, debug, and optimise applications to ensure performance and reliability.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
Key skills and requirements:
Education:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent STEAM studies.
Technical experience:
- Hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft PowerApps and workflows with Microsoft PowerAutomate.
- General knowledge of Power Platform products.
- Advanced proficiency in Power FX.
- Experience working with databases such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, or other external data sources.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools in Power Platform, particularly Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Ability to manipulate data using PowerApps formulas, filtering, and collection management.
- Familiarity with REST API integration and the use of JSON in custom connectors.
- Capability to create complex workflows in Power Automate.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design for responsive applications.
- Experience configuring roles and permissions in PowerApps.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for advanced integrations.
- Familiarity with custom connector development for integrating external services.
- Certifications in Power Platform or related technologies (desirable)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio for the creation of intelligent agents.
Personal skills:
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with solid short- and long-term planning.
- Methodical and organised approach, focused on delivering high-quality results.
