What your day to day life will look like...
The team is responsible for the financing services produced for CaixaBank group companies.
An initiative like this offers the opportunity of managing, functionally and technically designing and implementing different projects, within the scope of financing companies, that allow evolving current products such as factoring, reverse factoring, credit accounts, lines of risk and so on, with the aim of providing better products to customers in the most appealing way.
In your day-to-day…
- You will design the functional and technical solution required to implement the projects that will evolve the financing services for companies, and you will collaborate in its implementation.
- You will design this solution with an omnichannel vision and co-responsibilities with multiple marketing channels, and you will collaborate in its implementation.
- You will technically and functionally manage the project.
- You will lead independently the technological decisions related to the end-to-end project.
- You will work on OpenNow architecture: scaling applications, appification and use of microservices.
- You will propose solutions that promote architecture based on events and batch reduction.
- You will identify the technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- You will collaborate, together with QA profiles, to define robust testing plans (regression, integration, UAT, performance).
- You will define the rules and controls of Data Quality and monitor them using the relevant dashboards and balanced scorecards.
- You will ensure continuous improvement by optimising application processes and identifying inefficiencies.
- You have to know the market and the business vision of the projects you will manage.
