What your day to day life will look like...

• Management of projects based on innovative technologies, mainly involving technologies aimed at improving employee experience in their day-to-day with customers or by using Office 365 within the organisation and employee experience in hybrid collaboration spaces.
• Understand the client’s strategy and plan projects and deliveries according to their prioritisation.
• Vision and design of the structure of services required to escalate a prototype to production, adding the necessary industrialisation (automatisms, monitoring, etc.).
• Quality assurance and monitoring of the developments and services delivered.
• Use of agile frameworks in developments and project management.

If you are passionate about...

• Development and management of projects and proofs of concept involving innovative technologies, mainly those related to the collaborative universe of Office 365, modern customer service models, Windows 11 platform, modern administration of devices, uploading in multicloud environments, Mesh-based applications and GPT use cases.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban.
• Collaborative solutions in Office365.
• Generative Artificial Intelligence.
• Implementations of Teams Phone System.
• Development of Power Apps & Power Automate.
• Virtual Platform in Azure.
• Vision Cloud in general.
• Independence and ability to manage times and unplanned events.
• Adaptation to change with creative solutions to specific problems with a certain impact.
• Ability to work in a team and empathy.
• Capacity for active listening.
• Experience in the development of technological prototypes within the services sector will be considered.
• Knowledge of financial products and services will be considered.
